Hello, and thank you for visiting our site! I’m Paras Bengco, the Founder and CEO of Titanium Business Solutions. With almost three decades of experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry, my mission has always been to help businesses streamline their operations while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and long-term success.

After earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach, I began my career at ADP, one of the world’s largest Fortune 300 companies. My time there taught me the power of win-win negotiations, when all parties in a business transaction succeed, long-term relationships and referrals naturally follow. And referrals, as I’ve learned, are the lifeblood of any growing business.

Following my time at ADP, I co-founded HRX Payroll, a boutique payroll company that reinforced a fundamental business truth: clients should only pay for services that truly help their businesses thrive. This principle became the foundation for Titanium Business Solutions, where we focus on delivering tailored Life & Annuity Planning, Group Health, Business Insurance, and Human Resources Consulting specifically designed for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs).
